    To make inserting cartridges into the wheel cylinder easier I recommend purchasing Quickstrips that hold 8 cartridges and skip a space for each set of 2 cartridges.

    Speed strips for revolvers

    This is the best way to carry spare ammo for revolvers. You can carry from 5 to 8 spares in each strip that peel off in two's into the cylinder. They are flat, so they are easy to carry, and with practice the revolver can be refilled quickly and without taking your eyes off of the target
